Instead of asking for your details so we can call you, we give you access to the app. Step in, see how it works, set up your dog and book whenever you want. No card, no commitment.
Everything in writing
That is why every walker hands in paperwork and every client signs a contract.
ID, background check and a collaboration contract with confidentiality, protocol and a client non-solicitation clause.
Each contract stores date, time, IP, device and a SHA-256 fingerprint. You get a copy by email.
GDPR compliant: your and your dog's data is only used for the service. No tracking cookies.
For walkers
We find the clients and provide the app, servers, GPS, insurance, contracts and support. You bring the energy and set your hours.

Voluntarios Nómadas is an animal rescue association in Barcelona with foster homes. DogWalk shares their dogs up for adoption on our website and app, and our community of walkers and families gives them visibility.

It depends on your area and the plan (single walk, week or month). You see rates inside the app once you sign up, no commitment. Pre-launch sign-ups get priority and a launch discount.
Every walker is reviewed: ID, background check certificate, references and a profile score. They also sign a contract with DogWalk covering confidentiality and walking protocol. You see their profile and every walk live on GPS.
You top up your balance in the app by bank transfer to DogWalk's account and each service is deducted from it. You never pay cash or directly to the walker, so everything is recorded and protected.
Yes. Each dog has its own service contract for the chosen plan (day, week or month). You sign it with your finger on your phone and get a copy with date, time and a document fingerprint.
Every Barcelona neighbourhood plus the metro area and Vallès (Sant Cugat, Terrassa, Sabadell, L'Hospitalet, Badalona and more). We are also opening in Madrid, area by area.
The walker follows protocol: they call you right away and, if needed, take your dog to the nearest vet. Everything is logged.
